+ Members of Laser, Plasma and Radiation – Science and Technology Association should provide proof of membership during the registration process.

In case of cancellation, participants will be reimbursed as follows:

  • 100%, minus the bank charges, if the cancellation is announced before June 1st;
  • 50%, minus the bank charges, if the cancellation is announced before June 15th;
  • No refund will be possible after June 16th.
